Clarence Chong

Commercial Director

Clarence, a former banker turned digital asset proponent, served as the Executive Director and CEO of VCPlus Ltd., the first Singapore-listed company offering regulated digital asset services. He also founded Custody Plus Pte. Ltd., a licensed custodian for digital assets in Singapore.

Before joining the digital asset sector, Clarence was the CFO of a Singapore-listed property developer. He spent over 15 years in financial services, including roles as Client Coverage Director at RHB Securities Singapore, managing corporate accounts, and Senior Investment Manager at Kuwait Finance House, specialising in private equity and real estate investments in the ASEAN region. He was also the VP of Corporate Finance at HL Bank Singapore, handling investment banking across the Asia-Pacific region.

Joey Lee

Head of Finance & Accounts

Joey has over 7 years of experience in accounting and finance management and has developed a strong reputation for optimising financial operations and enhancing profitability. Her expertise spans various facets of finance, including budgeting, financial reporting, and strategic planning. Joey has worked across various industries, gaining a broad perspective and versatile skills, making her a trusted leader in the finance team.

Grace Sumojoki

Guilherme Santos

Director of Technology and Product Development

Guilherme has over a decade of experience in technology, spanning fintech, payment systems, healthcare, and venture capital projects, and has built a reputation for designing and implementing applications, including a successful exit from his last start-up. His career highlights include significant contributions to various sectors, leveraging expertise to drive innovative solutions. He currently holds an MBA and various IT certifications.

Panos Pavlakis

Head of Business Development & Strategic Partnerships

Panos has more than a decade of experience in business development, marketing and strategy. He has extensive experience in building, managing and executing partnerships and corporate deals, notably at Bloomberg LP, Kingsway Group, Birmingham City FC and Commercial Committee of the English Football League. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a strong ability to identify and capitalise on business opportunities and has a proven track record of success in creating and executing effective marketing strategies.
