With 15+ years in finance, he’s held senior roles at RHB Securities, Kuwait Finance House, and HL Bank Singapore, specializing in investment banking, private equity, and real estate across ASEAN and APAC. He also served as CFO of a listed property developer.

Thamarai joined Clarity Techworks in 2022 and became HR Manager in 2024, bringing over 30 years of service industry experience, including 20 in aviation. Her approachable nature and deep understanding of human behavior help foster a collaborative culture. An NLP-certified practitioner and licensed trainer in Malaysia and Singapore, she leads employee engagement, talent development, and HR strategy—championing Clarity Techworks’ people-first approach.

Joey brings over 7 years of experience in accounting and finance, known for optimizing operations and boosting profitability. Her expertise covers budgeting, reporting, and strategic planning across multiple industries. A trusted leader in the finance team, Joey drives growth with a meticulous and insightful approach. Outside of work, she stays current with trends in the digital finance space, continuously sharpening her expertise.

Guilherme brings over a decade of experience across fintech, payments, healthcare, and venture capital, with a successful startup exit under his belt. He holds an MBA and multiple IT certifications, known for delivering innovative tech solutions. By day, he's a seasoned technologist; by night, a passionate crypto enthusiast—constantly exploring how blockchain can enhance both business and everyday life.
